After School Program

The Carey School of Basketball and First Look Forward are partnering to deliver relevant unique afterschool programs in the Denver Metropolitan Area.

Both CSB and FLF are set-up as non-profit entities in order to ensure that the "lions-share" of resources are actually spent on educating elementary, middle and high school students and athletes afterschool. CSB and FLF are raising money to pay for elementary and middle school students to attend a STEM Academy (AND) for high school students to take ACT & SAT
preparation courses, as well as gain job-ready skill sets.

Please help our kids in the Denver Metropolitan area and surrounding communities learn more about technology and the possibilities of discovering a "tech-related" career path, prepare for college, receive job-ready skill sets, learn how to resolve
conflict in a healthy manner and be given the tools to gain emotional intelligence, as well as be properly trained for athletics.

The CSB and FLF afterschool programs also include an Alumni Program Module for those whom graduated from a DPS school or attended a Denver Park and Recreation as a youth. The Alumni program includes individual assessment for either continuing education or profiling career choices on a case by case basis, as well as mentorship by a successful member of the Denver Business Community.
